I have been working in the hotel industry since 2010 managing online and telephone reservations.

I have a degree in Tourism Professions and an Agricultural Technologist. The main objects of my work are servicing the bookings of both tourist offices and individual customers by email or phone, and systematically following them up. At Easy Hotelier I deal with the management and control of reservations.
