I have specialized in reservation management, sales and reception management, gaining in-depth knowledge of the processes that contribute to the optimal operation of a hotel. During my career, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with leading professionals in the field, enriching my knowledge and improving my skills through continuous education and practical experience. I am a graduate of a private Hotel and Restaurant Management school, which provided me with a strong theoretical background, complementing my long experience in the industry.
