Depending on the investment and the type of accommodation, we negotiate with international tour operators, sign contracts and, if necessary, guide the investor regarding the financing of the construction. Once the business plan is agreed and the construction of the unit is completed, Easy Hotelier undertakes the preparation of the opening and the organization of the business. These services include the design and implementation of a detailed plan for the opening, with key stages being the staffing and training of staff, the development of detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all hotel departments, as well as the preparation of a marketing strategy to support reservations. We visit the accommodation, investigate its operation, examine its financial data, evaluate its reputation and compile all the data into an analytical viability study. Thus, the investor will have a useful and reliable tool to decide whether to proceed with the investment or not.
Finally, if an investor wants to convert an existing building into a hotel unit, then Easy Hotelier, following the same methodology, initially prepares a viability study and then proceeds to prepare a business plan.
